Land AI, serving real estate investors and realtors, needed its GHL layer to behave like a product: identical automations across every client, new sub-accounts provisioned fast, and data flowing reliably from AI processing into the right pipeline stage.
One standardized platform instead of 46 hand-built accounts. New client provisioning became routine instead of a project.
Baker's company, TrueWire, needed a productized AI lead system it could roll out across service contractors: missed-call recovery, an AI agent that answers and books, and human handoff that respects how a real crew works. SMS was the production channel, so A2P 10DLC registration had to clear first, and most builds stall there for weeks.
